JOHNTHEJUNKER RETURN POLICY

Refusals:
To date, we have never had a load refused on delivery.  We make every effort to be sure our customer knows
exactly what they are getting before it ever gets shipped.  However, if for some reason an order is refused upon
delivery by a customer, a 20% restocking charge and all related freight charges will apply.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your current order and has not been shipped yet, we can cancel at no charge.  If for some
reason you are unable to cancel the order before it has been shipped, you will need to contact
killer@johnthejunker.com as soon as possible to arrange for a return. Once the order has been shipped, we have to
charge a 20% restocking fee and all related freight charges.

Returns:
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase returns can be
made for refund or exchange within the guidelines below:

You must inspect your order upon arrival. If the product fails to meet your expectations, contact me at
killer@johnthejunker.com within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment to discuss your concerns.  We will make
every effort to assist you in determining product quantities needed for a specific project, however we will not be
responsible for inaccurate estimates of product quantities required.  This includes shortages and overages.

Damage:
At the time you receive your order, you MUST check the order for damage or missing items. If you do not check the
materials yourself, please make certain that the person signing for them checks for damages or missing items. If no
damages are reported and noted on the bill of lading.  We cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages
that occur. It is important to provide an accurate count of damaged or missing pieces and note them on the bill of
lading. If you decide that you might be able to utilize the damaged materials, you should still note the damages.
Contact
killer@johnthejunker.com as soon as possible. We are happy to assist you in the unlikely event that your
order is damaged in shipment, and we can assure you that as long as any damages or missing items are noted
properly on the bill of lading, there will not be any difficulties in the recovery process.
